Because every factory-built home is designed around you and your site. We show honest ranges up front and give an exact, tendered quote after your brief — no inflated “from” numbers that fall apart later.

How do you pick the right producer?

We tender your brief across our vetted network of 24 producers in 9 countries and compare real quotes — so the choice fits your design, budget and country.

Do you build the house yourselves?

No — and that's the point. We're independent. We match you with the right factory from 24 producers in 9 countries and manage the project end to end on your side.

Can I see real built examples?

Yes — our producers have delivered thousands of homes. We show their realised projects and concept visuals, and walk you through every comparable quote, so you see exactly what you'd get.

What if I don't have a plot yet?

That's fine — start anyway. We can shape the brief and budget around the kind of plot you're looking for, and refine once you've secured one.

Which countries can you build in?

We work across the EU — the Baltics, the Nordics, Poland, Germany and more. Tell us your location in the brief and we tender to producers who deliver there.

What about planning permission?

Permits stay your responsibility, but we design to your local requirements and can point you to the right local partners. Permits and groundworks sit outside the turnkey price.

How long does it take?

Roughly 3–6 months for modular and 6–10 months for a bespoke house, from first sketch to keys — because factory production runs in parallel with your site works.

What if a factory has problems mid-project?

You hold one contract with a locked specification, and we track production at the factory throughout. Because we tender across a vetted network, we can act early if anything slips.
